Mateer 3900MLX Inline Automatic Filler

The Mateer 3900MLX filler accurately fills a wide variety of products, including free-flow powders and granules and non-free-flow powders, liquids, creams, pastes, and slurries.  This filling machine adds a conveyor belt for greater speed, combining it with the reliability of an electric clutch brake-controlled auger.  As with the 1900DMLX, the electric clutch brake is easy for your staff to diagnose, service and maintain.

  • PSA modifies the standard Warner EM Clutch/Brake with our own housing and a heavier duty bearing to accept higher torque shaft loads
  • industry-standard PLC controls and Human-Machine Interface (HMI) enable operators to easily input, change and monitor filling parameters, maximizing speed and efficiency and keeping downtime to a minimum
  • The PLC and HMI controls are readily supportable by PSA's Customer Support team or local Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) suppliers.  Programming is included in the installation of any Mateer filling machine.
  • Lifts for packing and bottom-up fill work in conjunction.  The container lift prevents blow up over the sides to minimize dust in filling.  Bottom-up fill eliminates spillage and voids when filling a product such as peanut butter or spackling compound.
  • Fully-integrated checkweigher with feedback and over/under weight reject ensures accuracy of every fill. 
  • Base cabinet is clad in food-grade stainless steel with raised conveyor for ease of cleanup
  • Adjustable guide rails with indexing package to feed round or non-round plastic, metal, glass, or composite containers make changing container sizes easy, and hold every size securely
