Mateer 3800MLX Inline Automatic Filler

The Mateer 3800MLX automatic filling machine accurately fills a wide variety of products, including free-flow powders and granules and non-free-flow powders, liquids, creams, pastes, and slurries.  This is a single head inline unit to which, after testing your product and assessing your specific needs, can be added a container lift, bottom-up fill, container vibration, integral checkware feedback, a packing ring, and/or various drip controls.  It can even be made explosion proof.

The 3800 is also the beginning of equipment models that are intended to work with a conveyor belt, adding the intricacies of upstream and downstream processes.
