CB244/324/404 Rotary Beverage Filler and Seamer

The CB Series of integrated fillers/seamers provide canning line technology, designed specifically for and scaled to the needs of craft beverage packaging. 

Filling Features

  • Twenty four, thirty two, or forty pneumatic counter pressure volumetric filling valves
  • Counter-pressure filler tank with automatic height adjustment; no vertical movement for the cans
  • Filler phases managed by pneumatic PTFE membrane valves
  • Sloped base plate
  • Semi-automatic external washing device
  • CIP return pump installed into the skid of the valve; no springs in contact with the product
  • Product contact parts in AISI 304; each circuit cleanable in closed loop via CIP cups

  • Four-spindle seaming turret, rated for continuous operation at speeds of up to 400 CPM

Tooling

  • One set of body and end control components
  • Titanium nitride coated Angelloy® seaming rolls with ceramic bearings

  • One bubble breaker
  • Individual Zerk fittings for manual lubrication of seaming rolls. (every 72 hours)

  • 20 HP motor with Variable Frequency Drive (VFD)

  • Variable speed range, up to 250/320/400 cans per minute, dependent on model
  • Fill level accuracy to within +/- 0.5 grams of target volume
  • Flexible format changes for 200, 202, and 206 lid diameters, with no change to filling valves required
  • Rapid changeover for varying can heights and diameters, using recipes stored in the PLC
