INSTALLATION AND SERVICE RATES
International Service Territories - (GBP pounds sterling)

PneumaticScaleAngelus maintains a staff of factory trained Certified Technicians as well as Engineering Technical Specialists and Electrical and Programming Technical Masters to service all makes and models of PneumaticScaleAngelus and other OEM equipment.

Travel Time:

£89 per hour for Certified Technician 7-days a week including holidays
£99 per hour for Technical Specialist 7-days a week including holidays
£123 per hour for Technical Master 7-days a week including holidays

Customer Service Certified Technician:

£89 per hour first shift Monday through Friday
£129 per hour after eight (8) hours Monday - Friday
£179 per hour for Saturday, Sunday and Holidays

Engineering Technical Specialist: (Programming and Electrical)

£99 per hour first shift Monday through Friday
£142 per hour after eight (8) hours Monday - Friday
£189 per hour for Saturday, Sunday and Holidays

Engineering Technical Master:

£123 per hour first shift Monday through Friday
£184 per hour after eight (8) hours Monday - Friday
£221 per hour for Saturday, Sunday and Holidays
£241 per hour for Sunday and Holidays


Layover:

Weekdays: £650

Saturday and Sunday and Holiday: £850

A purchase order is required to secure the service technician's time prior to dispatch

Travel and Living Expenses


Round trip travel and living expenses are chargeable from the Seervice Technician's location to the purchaser's location. A 20% administration fee will be added to actual expenses incurred.

  • PneumaticScaleAngelus will determine the best method of travel.
  • Travel by automobile will be chargeable at the current per mile rate on record.
Minimum Charges


The minimum charge for service whenever a Service Technician is requested shall be the travel expenses listed above (if applicable) plus four (4) hours of time at the applicable rate.
Scheduling


Scheduling of specific field service personnel will be done by "first come - first serve" basis. When that technician is not available, PneumaticScaleAngelus reserves the right to provide the next qualified individual at the assigned rate.
General Conditions


1. Payment for Installation and Services

    a. Payment for Installation and Services is due upon receipt of invoice. Net 30 days. Prices are subject to change without written notice.

2. Conditions

    a. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the conditions of the installation agreement have been met to avoid any additional cost associated with the installation. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the equipment is in place and properly wired prior to the Technician's arrival, unless previous arrangements have been made to assist in the installation.

3. Liability

    a. PneumaticScaleAngelus shall in no way be liable for losses, cost, forfeitures and/or damages, including loss of profit, liabilities of the purchaser to its' customer or third person, and all other consequential damages, whether direct or indirect, and whether or not resulting from or contributed to by default or negligence of PneumaticScaleAngelus, its' agent's employees and subcontractors.
